Turtle release

Description

This tour begins with a visit to a Turtle Conservation Center in Mazunte. There, you will learn about the biology of sea turtles, as well as the conservation and protection programs that are carried out in the region. A local guide will take you through the facilities and explain about the different types of sea turtles found in the area. After the visit to the conservation center, you will participate in a turtle release on a nearby beach. During turtle nesting season (July to December), you can witness the hatching of turtle eggs and release the baby turtles into the sea. The turtle release is an exciting and unique experience that will allow you to contribute to the conservation of these species.
